Advanced students are given more options while those new to
B1 Yoga are encouraged to rest as often as needed. Each student is carefully adjusted for safety and alignment throughout every class. World beat music, chanting and pranayama (breath regulation) is used to create a sense of rhythm, flow and a deeper connection to breath and Source.
For these classes, The Yoga room is heated to at least 80°, so plan to sweat!
Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga (the Yoga of Awareness) combines asana, sound (mantra), breath (pranayam), movement, meditation and relaxation. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness by stimulating the nervous and immune systems, improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit. All levels welcome!
Prenatal Yoga
There are few lifetime experiences as profound as childbirth. Over a nine-month period a woman experiences enormous physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that prepare her to create and welcome another human being into the world. Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to prepare you for this journey! In each class, yoga poses and yogic breathing specifically tailored for strengthening and relaxing the rapidly changing body of a pregnant woman will be shared and taught.
Some of the benefits will include:

- Heightened mental capacity
- Improve circulation and digestion
- Decrease back pain, sciatica, swelling ankles

Baby & Me (for infants, crawling is okay)

Dads or Moms welcome! Make your way back to yoga with your baby! This class will focus on strengthening exercises to tone and relax the body and meditation to calm the mind, while enjoying this special time with your baby! Learn simple baby massage, baby yoga, and discuss the joys of being a new parent!
Kids Yoga (ages 3-7)*

This class is fun, energetic, and supportive. Your child will learn body and breath awareness though imaginative play and creative movement using games, songs, and poses! In addition, this class will help build your child’s self esteem, confidence and coordination, while encouraging their own wisdom and inner light to shine out! Come Play with us!
Teen Yoga (8-15+)*

During this class we will weave music, yoga postures, meditation, and games to to enhance skills of focus and concentration, increase capacity for power and strength and gently guide teens to their center point of peace and self-knowledge. With all of the demands imposed upon the youth of today, this can supply a means of relieving and controlling stress and develop a positive avenue for self-discovery in mind, body and spirit.
